Annual dues for the subdivision are due on January 1 of each year. We appreciate your prompt payment.

If you wish to mail a check in advance of the due date, you may do so. Checks may also be turned in at the annual meeting. Advance checks will not be deposited until January 2nd. (Early checks receive five extra tickets for the door prize drawing at the annual meeting! Must be present to win.)

IMPORTANT: Trash fees represent the largest percentage of our annual dues. If your payment is not received on or before January 15th, a $25.00 late charge will be added to your dues and an additional $25.00 will be added on the 1st of every month until paid. Trash service will be suspended for your address until dues are paid in full.
